By participating in a half day training where the team members “colors” are discussed, you will have the opportunity to understand what drives the decisions and actions of each member, their natural tendencies, their talents and blind spots. This deeper understanding of your team members will help you reach optimal performance as well as give you better tools to build trust within your teams all while adjusting to the various circumstances or challenges that can arise in any team.

During this interactive, full filled half day, we will discuss the current leadership dynamic that is in place within your team. We will then work to identify the desired leadership dynamic and develop team values as well as observable behavior targets that will be easily monitored through “team built” assessment tools.
