Welcome to our beautiful Estate! We are located in Bowman, Quebec, less than an hour from downtown Ottawa/Gatineau. Our lakefront property sits on 5 acres of quiet natural beauty and provides a warm, intimate setting. Our staff is dedicated to providing you the most blissful experience from start to finish. We look forward to sharing your journey and connecting with you. Consultation and therapeutic back massage services available for a fee.

Our packages

This retreat is all about celebrating who you are, putting yourself first, indulging in what makes you happy and letting us take care of you. An epicurean antipasto spread, buffet-style breakfasts, outdoor lunch and gourmet 5-course dinner with optional wine pairing makes this package a real treat!

This retreat is an inner journey. It is about being still and in the moment, listening, gaining insight and connecting with others, nature and Source, leading to long-lasting change. A healthy, plant-based meal plan is served fresh daily. These retreats will explore different spiritual topics every year (see calendar for details).
